Allied Health Partnerships

Croydon Hills Primary School welcomes allied health professionals who support our students’ learning, development and wellbeing to provide services on-site.

A dedicated workspace is available and can be booked through our online booking system. Please note that a fee applies for use of this space (from term 3 onwards), with invoices issued on a termly basis.

Allied health professionals are responsible for managing their own bookings and ensuring appointment times are filled. As the workspace is reserved for the practitioner, refunds cannot be provided for cancelled sessions.

Prior to making a booking, practitioners are asked to liaise with the student’s classroom teacher to identify a suitable weekly time that aligns with the student’s timetable. Once a time has been confirmed, please click HERE to begin the registration and booking process.

Due to high demand, only one allied health professional workspace is available per session. If your preferred time is unavailable, please select an alternative day or time through the online booking system. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for additional spaces on-site outside of the available bookings.
