Due to current social-distancing restrictions we are unable to offer School Tours on site. We encourage prospective families to view our Virtual Tour of Croydon Hills Primary School and A day in the life of a Prep student via the links below. Our comprehensive Parent Information Booklet may also answer many questions about our approach to and delivery of a quality, holistic primary education for your child.
Parent Information Evenings
We will be hosting two online Parent Information Evenings, including Q&A, for prospective 2021 Prep students:
If you wish to join one of these sessions, please use the Enquiry Form below to register or to submit prior questions for the Q&A. You will receive an emailed invitation and link prior to the date of your choice.
If you wish to enrol your child, please email completed a Student Enrolment Form, together with scanned or clear photographs of required documentation to our Enrolments Officer, Robyn Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org . Robyn welcomes any additional questions, via phone, email or the enquiry form below.
All applications for enrolment should be made by Friday 7th August.
If you require guidance the Department of Education provides enrolment information through the School Placement Policy. This policy provides students and families an understanding of their designated neighbourhood school via findmyschool.vic.gov.au and how they have the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility limitations. Students residing in our zone and siblings of current students are guaranteed a place at our school. A limitited number of other students are accepted, subject to capacity, in order of closeness of their home to the school. More information and answers to frequently asked questions on the Department’s website under School zones.
Our Transition/Orientation Program begins in October and is aimed at making each new Prep student comfortable, happy and eager to start the new school year in 2021. The program offers classroom sessions, a chance to meet their specialist teachers and, at the final session, allocation to their 2021 class and their new teacher. For further information please refer to the Department of Education's Primary School Transition Information Pack.
